Tania is an experienced workshop designer and facilitator with over 7 years of experience, leading workshops in 12 countries, for 20 different clients, and for over 900 learners. She has designed and taught 5 design thinking courses at the Stanford University d.school, currently coaches with the Executive Education program and the Designing for Social Systems program, and designs custom facilitated experiences for clients across the world.
Tania currently offers workshops and project coaching. A workshop is a short session (ranging from 2 hours to several days) that helps attendees practice and adopt innovative mindsets and behaviors of Liberatory Design Thinking. Teams build their confidence in their own creative potential and learn practices to take back to their home environments. Project coaching is a longer engagement and involves working alongside a team from your organization to help them develop deeper Liberatory Design Thinking capacity.
Tania loves designing custom workshops and tools. She works at the intersection of design thinking and social justice. She works with clients in the government, education, nonprofit, foundation, political, and criminal justice sectors.
